To create a website, forum, or blog, you typically need to have some experience with a few Web programming languages. What are some languages you know? Which are your favorite and why?

Personally, I have experience with HTML & CSS (all versions) as well as slight experience in JavaScript. CSS is probably my favorite Web Programming language as it makes the sites you create look good. Additionally, when I code CSS in Sublime Text 2 (with a specific skin) the CSS code flows so smoothly and looks so pretty. Don't judge me, I'm a girl!

I really don't know many Web programming languages, but I've seen them. A buddy of mine uses Sublime Text and the CSS, when written, is purely gorgeous with various themes. I'd like to learn, just don't have the time or energy!

I'm able to create simple HTML documents and know the basics of CSS.
